The homeowners love hosting family and friends. One of their favorite additions was the black spiral staircase connecting the patio and deck, making it easy to move between the indoor and outdoor spaces when entertaining. The location has been just as important. Being less than two miles from I-95 and only minutes from Route 1 makes it easy to get where you need to go, while still having many everyday conveniences nearby. The homeowners especially enjoy having grocery stores, restaurants, and shops close to home, including favorites like Tavern in the Square and Izumi. Some of the places they visit most are close enough that they often don’t need to use their car.
